Lung Tin Received Numerous Awards at Trademark Festival 2020

The twelfth China Trademark Festival (CTF 2020) was held in Nanchang, Jiangxi, an annual event co-hosted by both China Trademark Association and the People's Government of Nanchang Municipality from September 4 to September 7. Lung Tin received multiple prestigious awards: 2020 Preferred Trademark Agency; Ms. Ping Sui, Ms. Boya Yin and Ms. Yang Hou received the title of Golden Service Individual for Trademark Agency, and Ms. Di Wu and Ms. Shuo Yang were awarded the honorary certificate for compiling "Guide for Trademark Enforcement in Major Foreign Counties & Regions".

The China Trademark Festival was founded in 2005. It has become the most prestigious and top-tier annual trademark event in China and is a major intellectual property publicity project of the State Council. This year's China Trademark Festival took "Exploring the Essence of Trademarks and Building up the Future of Brands" as the theme and held a series of theme activities such as the 2020 China Trademark Annual Conference and 2020 China Brands & Trademarks Exposition. Many representatives from International Intellectual Property Organizations sent videos or congratulatory letters to congratulate the China Trademark Festival. They gave high praise to China for being the first countryto get out of the predicament and holding such a big event under the severe global COVID-19 pandemic. 

 

Lung Tin was awarded “2020 Preferred Trademark Agency

 

 

"Preferred Trademark Agency" was one of the most prestigious awards in the China Trademark Festival. A total of 85 outstanding agencies were selected from tens of thousands of agencies nationwide after the strict process of the preliminary evaluation, re-evaluation, and publicity. This is the ninth consecutive year that Lung Tin has won this award.

As one of the important activities during the China Trademark Festival, the release of "Guide for Trademark Enforcement in Major Foreign Counties & Regions" was held on the morning of December 7th. As the expert members who participated in the Guide compiling, Ms. Di Wu, the manager of the trademark and copyright department, and Ms. Shuo Yang, Lung Tin's trademark attorney, received the honorary certificate for their contribution as authors, which highlights Lung Tin's strength in overseas trademark protection practice.
