Dr. Qinghong Xu Was Listed in "Top 100 China IP Experts"

Dr. Qinghong Xu has expertise in all aspects of IP matters, ranging from patent application preparation and prosecution, patent invalidation and litigation, to technology transfers, licensing, strategic alliances, R&D and commercialization collaborations. Her major clients include: BOE, Xiaomi, OPPO, Tencent, JD.com, Grundfos, Lundbeck, KUKA, Halliburton, etc.

 

Dr Xu has also advised clients on regulatory matters, especially before the Chinese National Medical Products Administration. Since 2000, she has represented many multinational companies in hundreds of patent prosecution, counseling, licensing and litigation cases in technical areas of the medical, chemical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and mechanical fields, in both the United States and China.

 

Dr. Xu is vice chair of the Patent and Technology Licensing Committee of LESI Committee 2019-2020, Expert of the IP Cases Base of Supreme People' s Court of PRC, and Member of IP and Green Technology Committee, AIPPI China Branch. She has been listed as a Patent Star in MIP' s IP Stars since 2018.
