Her area of expertise includes Chinese to Japanese and Chinese to Korean translation, proofreading, advice for notification of OA and OA responses, reexamination, etc. Ms. Che focuses on patent matters, primarily on patent legal services in the fields of auto-control, image processing, semiconductor, telecommunication, computer, etc., especially on the practice of patent prosecution representing clients home and aboard. Ms. Lingling Che has handled over 1,000 patent cases for many Fortune 500 companies in China, South Korea and Japan since April 2007.
