- Practice Experience:
Ms. Yuan has expertise in Chinese patent new application, responding to OA, review, analysis, retrieval, etc., participated in patent invalidity and patent litigation, and she is experienced in patent cases in technical areas of computer software and hardware, internet, e-commerce, electronics, telecommunication, semiconductor, image processing, display and lighting, automation, etc.. Since Dec. 2015, Ms. Yuan has represented many famous companies including XIAOMI, O-Film, JD, TIANMA, Delta, Nuctech, AUO, Taikang, Tencent, BOE etc. Ms. Yuan joined Lung Tin in 2015.
Ms. Yuan was granted China Patent Agent Qualification Certificate in 2011, China Lawyer Qualification Certificate in 2012 and China Patent Agent Practice Certificate in 2014.
