Additionally, she has overseen numerous cases involving computer protocols, surveillance cameras, medical circuits, standard-essential patents, industrial equipment, and mechanical devices, handling matters related to invalidity, administrative adjudication, and civil litigation.
As a U.S. attorney, she represents cross-border e-commerce and multinational companies in dealing with U.S. ITC 337 investigations, federal court infringement lawsuits, and complaints on platforms like Amazon. Additionally, she provides legal advice on invalidity and infringement related to products exported to the United States and European countries. She issues FTO attorney letters, cease-and-desist letters, and assists companies in responding to received warnings.
