Ms. Liu Jun has expertise in patent application drafting, prosecution, OA response, reexamination, invalidation, administrative litigation in the fields of mechanism, chemistry and pharmacy. She is familiar with trademark laws and regulations, and is good at trademark registration, disputes, reexamination and other agency services. Ms. Liu has more than 20 years’ experience in IP field, representing a great number of well-known domestic clients for their patent and trademark applications. Ms. Liu also successfully represented many domestic enterprises for the certification of provincial famous trademarks and well-known trademarks. Ms. Liu has also organized and undertaken a number of patents early warning analysis projects for many well-known enterprises, and accumulated rich experience in patent analysis.

Ms. Liu was licensed to practice as a Chinese Patent Attorney in 2000 and acquired patent agent certificate of practice in 2003.
