Ms. Jane Wang has expertise in patent prosecution, patent invalidity, patent administrative litigation, infringement analysis, patent due diligence and freedom to operate investigation, anti-counterfeiting, etc., and she is very experienced in patent cases in technical areas of life sciences, medicine, chemistry, etc. Since September 2008, Ms. Wang has handled many patent prosecution and litigation cases relating to vaccines, antibodies, and enzymes, medical devices and foods. Ms. Wang joined Lung Tin in September 2008.
Ms. Wang was licensed to practice as a Chinese Patent Attorney in 2011 and as a Chinese Attorney at Law in 2017.
